  1. Anybody know the part number for moog lower control arms ball joints on stock arms? Bushings, poly and rubber would be a bonus. Couldn't find the individual parts on their site or here. I'm replacing the UCA's (3.5" Coilover lift) with aftermarket and they're preinstalled with a 1 ton moog problem solver and moog rubber bushings (may swap with polyurethane when wear out since they have a compatible part number). Would be nice to do the same with the lower control arms or have the option to.
  2. My low profile rough country tri fold stayed bone drove on our 1600mile drive this week. Drove through a rain and snow storm. If you're military or prior they have a discount that can be applied over the phone. Supposedly it's a lifetime warranty.
  3. Should be able to select your vehicle and gasoline engine. I only know of them cause when the ecm for my Duramax gets unlocked their will be a sickening amount of money spent on PPE from @DemonWorkssite.
  4. PPE has both a deep pan and upgraded cooler if that's what you need. Hopefully the dealer will have a quick fix though.
  5. Show us your functional skid plates, rocks sliders, and winch bumpers! Got the truck to mod out for overlanding (probably saw too many long travel Tacomas on IG and watch too much Dirt Lifestyle on YT) Anyone rocking a Chassis Unlimited Octane series winch bumper?
  6. 2020 Silverado crew cab, short bed, 3.0 Duramax, z71, 265/65r18 bright silver OEM wheels. Front wheels sit a 21.75" fender to center hub, rear wheels sit 23" fender to center hub. Measured on a level concrete surface. From what I read it seems relatively low to everyone else. When I install the coilovers next month I wanna know I did a true 3" lift in the front. Btw I have aftermarket UCA's with Moog 1 ton problem solvers going with the coils. I'll attach a photo, no suspension mods have been done yet.
  7. What is a "stacking kit"? Like strut spacers? The kind that preload?
  8. Does anyone have the OEM specifications for the factory ride height? Bottom of the fender to center hub. Different engine weights may cause sag or to sit higher than others. It'd be nice if the stock and max (4") measurements by the manufacturer were easier to obtain. A lot of Coilover lifts are adjustable and I don't want to exceed a 3" lift in the front.
  9. Sounds like Canada needs to hurry up and finish a delete and tune.
  10. So my current situation they've started falling out and the code is tripping. Thus stopping my remote start. I can remove the busted one or all of them. So long as the motor is unobstructed it should stop throwing the p05ae code? When I install a winch bumper can I just relocate the actuator motor? Thank you! 2020 lm2 Duramax z71.
  11. Anyone have any idea as to how to delete them in a truck or making the truck think they're fine? They're giving me error code p05ae and preventing me from remote starting my truck. I have zero intentions on replacing them as they are just falling out.
  12. Did you ever find out and get the torque spec? I've got to replace mine Tuesday.
  13. Was a solution ever found? Chevy BT wouldn't reconnect to my S20 even after removing it and restarting the phone.
  14. Anyone know if lift size or type affects the 4AUTO? Say spacers vs coilovers. 2.5" vs 3" vs 4"? Some lift/level kits say to not use this function anymore. I plan on doing 3.5" total coilovers this weekend and Belltech assured me using 4AUTO would be fine still (snow and rain).
  15. And another $173 into the truck. I'll share install pictures when it arrives. You're right about the quality when I read into the materials.
  16. Reviving this. Looking at underseat storage for my crew cab. Trying to maximize the space with one that is flush with the seats. So far I'm split between Rough Country, Du-Ha, and RHA.
  17. Does anyone have experience with belltech lift kits? I've seen plenty of positive reviews from their lowering kits. They've been in the suspension industry for a while, just not so much the trail or lift side. Long travel is the end goal, but a $700 coilover kit with a 5 yr warranty vs an extended strut sounds more functional. I'm considering the adjustable 3-4" lift coilovers, part #15203. -Helper spring -60mm damper body -35mm independent valves -20mm piston rod I've got a 2020 z71 with the 3.0 Duramax for those needing an image to work with. Still exploring UCA options. 35*12.5r17 will be the tire size. Probably going to order them next month.
  18. Have you been able to find anything?
  19. Sorry I worded it funny. I'm going to test drive a used truck and would like to get it checked out by a mechanic. Just posting here to see if there is someone a forum member recommends.
  20. This is more preventative, I hope it fits here. I'm looking at a 2020 Silverado next week and hope someone could recommend a good diesel mechanic in the area. It's a 3.0 Babymax (obviously) with ~50k miles. Half were "commercial" use. They don't know of what kind.
  21. @Peter S have you ran into any GM warranty problems on parts you didn't modify? That they wouldn't fix. Also do you know of anyone that's gotten their hands on a E-locker from the front for a ZR2?
  22. Any chance we can gusset them? Are they cast steel?
  23. I was able to confirm With BajaKits what stock fenders look like on top of long travel for anyone curious. The specs are 17x8.5 0 offset wheels with 37" BFG Tires. The photos are pulled directly from the website. I could see myself getting away with 35's for a while until i had the time and money for aftermarket fenders and bedsides.
