Problem with logging in under normal SN

So I come in and try to log on. I put my screenname (CMNTMXR81) and my password. No go! I try to use a few different passwords that I rotate between sites, no dice.

So I request my password info, it then links me to a screen asking for a code. It also tells me that an e-mail was sent to my registered e-mail (which it was) however, that e-mail did not contain a code. It contained a link. When I cut and pasted that link on my browser, it took me to that same screen asking me for a code....WTF!!!!

Either way, I'd like to unlock my normal registration if someone could help.
