Factory Nav/dvd

I have an 09 2500 HD LTZ it was delivered with the base Bose stereo I had the dealer add an OEM Nav/DVD all is well except 4 items. it says no speech detected on voice commands no XM NAVTraffic ( the soft key dosent even show up ), it will not play DVD's (Disc Error), and the B/U camera still shows up on the rear view not on the NAV.The dealer is lost is there anyone that has any advice or ideas.

 

p/s I do not have a rear drop down screen.

Well since the dealer installed it....that's your ace in the hole......I would burn a trail right back to them and let them fix it.

 

I take it you have an XM subscription......XM has dedicated stations for select large metro areas for NavTraffic
