Message Center Glitch

I have a issue with the message center on my 2003 Tahoe. The language mode is locked and just revolves through the four language options.... all the time! I can't get it out of this mode so nothing else works through the message center. Not even the odometer will come up. All the rest of the cluster works including all the gauges. Any idea's? I heard there was a warrenty recall on the cluster, but I don't qualify to get it repaired. Anyone know who can fix it?
