Service Stabilitrak

Today, while stopped in traffic i got two messages from the D.I.C. Service Stabiltrak and Service Traction Control, I stopped in a parking lot and turned it off a couple off times. But everytime I turned on my truck I would get the same messages in the D.I.C. What should I do?

Check and/or clean your MAF for one.... I got that message once in a previous vehicle after installing a K&N filter I'd accidentally over-oiled. There's actually a TSB about the Service Stabilitrak issue which specifically blames filters like these for the issue; I don't really buy into it completely but cleaning the MAF did help.

Well I cleaned my MAF when I installed my AEM cold air intake a couple of months ago, but I'll check nonetheless. Thanks for the reply. If I can't fix the problem, ill probably take it to the dealer.
