What Kind Of Programmer

Whats up people? I have an 5.3L 08' Silverado CC with Magnaflow exhaust and K&N Air Intake. Im looking to get a programmer(Bullydog, Superchips, Hypertech....etc.) and was wondering what suggestions you guys have, and what kind of gains did you get??? Thank you!

yeah, i hate to say it but hes right. I have a hypertech on my 6.0 right now...and let me tell ya..waste of money. Im not really sure if i even notice a difference. I had a hypertech on my last truck wich was a 5.3 and that was a little better, but still a waste of money. As of right now im trying to get set up with black bear (answer to your question) lol and get my truck tuned. Ive been reading up about it, and alot in the forums...and i havent heard a negative thing yet. according to all the guys on here..its the only way to go..and its cheaper.

 

Hope this helps..and yeah dont waste your money on a programmer...honestly..Ive already done it..twice lol

DO NOT BUY A HAND HELD TUNER- They are junk !!

 

Spend your money better- Get a custom tune from Wheatly or black bear. You'll get better gains, more Hp, and actually feel a difference.

If your minds set on a handheld, then superchips Cortex or Diablo hands down.. otherwise Blackbear is your best choice.
