Squeaking On Front End Of '02 Z71

I have a '02 Z71 with 207,000 miles on it that some time ago developed a squeak. When I get in and out it squeaks, when I am driving slow on the highway or across a field (I hunt alot) it squeaks. Any ideas? I can't hear it driving at normal speed down the highway. I have tried to spray everything I can, but nothing seems to help. It sounds like it is coming from behind the front wheels, not from the dash area.
