Factory Lug Nuts (rich, Help)

I just installed the 6 spoke GMC 17" wheels on my 08 Chevy. I'm using some aftermarket chrome lugs from ebay that I'm skeptical of. They didn't even send a full set. So, 2 lugs on one wheel have the stock lugs. Frankly, I trust that the stock lugs are good quality steel and properly heat treated to appropriate levels. The ebay lugs are probably Chinese trash.

I'm wondering (Rich) if there are some attractive plastic covers for the stock lugs (screw on over the outside thread of the lug) that I can use independent of a hubcap. Black or chrome is ok.

I think what you may be looking for is the same lugs that come stock on the All-Terrain trucks.... they're an "Acorn Style" with a polished finish, I'd imagine they'd work well with your N88s.

I'm not at work today so I can't look up any numbers,but you could always take the lug nut covers from your OE wheels center caps and use them,Or as V8GMT said use lug nuts from the All-Terrain trucks.

Problem solved. I bought some chrome copies of factory lug nut covers. It turns out the outfit is really in Signal Hill, CA, which is 5 minutes from my work. I picked them up at lunch. I'll put the stock lug nuts on and make me feel better about the wheel security, then put the pretty covers on.

SoCal has its advantages for things like this. Many, many businesses are right here and you can get most things immediately. That balances against heavy traffic, high crime, miles of high density housing.

Also, balancing against the bad stuff is some things like this, while most of the country is under 3 ft of snow.
