Magnaflow Catback

Does anyone know if the Magnaflow Catback that fits a 2007 NBS Ext Cab 5.3L will also fit the same 2009 Truck. I am looking at trading trucks this week and really don't want to let my new catback exhaust go!

Magnaflow shows different kit numbers for the '09.

Do you still have the stock setup? If so, take your Magnaflow kit off and have a shop weld it up to fit your new truck. The differences can't be that great.

I may still have the stock setup somewhere...not exactly for sure...however if I don't I don't know whether to just let the Magnaflow go...or pay to have an exhaust installed, the mangaflow is only 2K miles old.

However no deal is done for sure yet....its very hard to find a loaded up SLT Ext Cab with a Sunroof and Ebony Interior....were still seeking them out at this point...

Don't think so, the exhausts changed in 09. :( And why?

I usually don't keep the trucks past 50K....this one is at 48K now...and I have been offered a decent trade value.

I'm guessing you could have something fabbed up and installed for under $200 and then have your kit installed on the new one for $100 or so. If you can save $2-300 by the time it's done, go for it!

Do you still have your stock wheels?

Nope...I don't have the stock wheels....I basically swapped alot of parts out on this thing when it was new...for example the trucks were brand new when I got this one, so the parts I took off were hot sellers, so basically I'm not losing anything by letting most of the accessories go, it was kind of a wash.....I think I'm really only losing on the grille....I plan to keep my steps and bedcover for the new one...the new one will probably get an All Terrian Grille and I don't know what to do for wheels...they all seem to have them chrome plastic covers now...I don't like the new 20's..

PS..how close are you to Ray Skillman GMC?..there is possibly a truck of interest over there...I'm just afraid it came up with the light grey interior....however I want the Ebony

I'm only a few miles away. Let me know which truck it is and I'll run over and take a look at it for ya and take some pics! :(

Make sure you PM me the details so I can be sure I get it!

That's actually where I bought my Sierra and I need to swing by there to see my old service guy anyway!
