What Color Hid's?

So I already have 6k HID hi beams, I had low's too but the ballasts went bad so I'm in the process of getting new ones but I wanted some opinions from you guys whether I should get 6k's for the fogs or 3k yellow for the fogs. I think yellow would be different but if they all match, I think it would look clean all white. Lemme know what you guys think!

i think 6 k will be the best selection...but its upto you what you chose..as ^k gives threetimes more light than simple halogen lights.It is 100% plug and play..

you may be confused about which color to choose for your hid conversion kit.the color of the output is determined by the temperature.the lower the temperature is the whitest and brightest. as you increase the temperature the color scales as well.

To add to this, Also the lower the temperature the higher the light output too. Anyone want to comment as to whether im right or wrong?

I say go with all 6k (although I have 4300k in my lows and fogs,6k is just a little too Blue for me)

HID lights are generally of white colours and gives very bright light...these lights are opted by many people as it gives very descent look to the car

i have 10000k in my suburban. I was afraid that they would be too blue, but I was pleased to found out when I got them hooked up that they only had a slight blue tint.

 

If you want a nice blue color without the ugly purple lights I see on burners go with 8-10k

 

If you want pure brightness, you will want to get the 6k they are pure white, personally I don't care for the color but if safety and visibility is your concern then yeah, 6k.

just as a reminder you cant change the color to much. I have 6k in my truck and that is perfect and quite standard as well. Its a white light up close but when you start getting away from the truck its the blue light you usually see in other vehicles with them. A buddy of mine he had 20k and they looked nice but didnt last long cuase it was an illegal color. it was blue up close and purple from a distance. Just as a reminder as you prpbably know anyways
