Gm Touchscreen Navigation '03-'06

I have an '06 GM Touchscreen am/fm/cd/navigation oem radio I bought used in '06 but never installed. Part number 15800001. It requires the Lux Bose amp as I had intended on upgrading the amp when I bought it. It will fit many GM vehicles including Escalade, Denali, H2 Hummer, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Silverado, Sierra, Avalanche, Trailblazer, Envoy, and others from '03 through '06 and the '07 Classic body style full size trucks. I believe the unit can be reprogrammed to work with the non lux amp. Check with your dealer if you are unsure if it will work for you. Unit is in new condition. The radio is XM ready and all functions including Onstar, Steering Wheel Controls, and Rear DVD work as originally designed. Navigation function requires Map disc and antenna, neither of which is included but can be obtained from dealer, ebay, or salvage yards.

I have a 2006 Gmc sierra 1500 ext with bose sound i am not sure what amp i have will this work for me? I just have the normal bose radio 6 cd changer.
