Fender Flares

For an 07-10 silverado:

I was looking at getting some fender flares and noticed that the manufacturers part numbers for the sets vary based on whether the truck is a crew cab with the short box or if its an extended or regular cab with the two longer boxes. Does anybody know if there is a difference between them? I went to the local dealer and looked at two side by side and don't see any difference. The parts department told me they were the same for the OEM's too. Does anybody know for sure? Thanks.

Depends on the box length cuz of the gas filler door on the driver side

I considered that, but even on the short boxes, the gas door did not look close enough to interfere. Certainly that could be 100 percent correct.

Okay - you are right. It's the filler door cut out on the drivers side flare.
