Obviously oil.... :cheers::cheers:

I would also do an intake cleaning...Seafoam or a similar product.

You can have your brake fluid changed...I don't know many people who do it though...but if its brown in color...you are supposed to have it done....never mind, you did that already.

P/S fluid is also supposed to be changed...not sure on the interval though.

GM charges like 100 bucks to do a multi-point inspection on your truck...and IMO...its not a bad way to spend 100 bones.

They check pretty much everything...from stem to stern, and give you a written report of the good the bad and the ugly. I will have mine done when I roll over the 100k mark (160K for me...I'm Canadian eh...GD metric system)

Luckily they are seriously good trucks. Just stay on top of the maintenance (as you obviously are) and I bet another 100k comes and goes.

i was thinking the intake, we talking like MAF sensor and such? i'm going to get tires and shocks done next month...i did think of the p/s fluid..also would you guys recommend me running some fuel system cleaner?

Posted

I run fuel system treatment every 3rd-4th tank of fuel...that's a min of once a month.

I use the Lucas Upper cylinder lube with injector cleaner...hang on I'll get a pic.

OR

Usually the big bottle....since 2 small ones cost the same as the large one....and there are like 4-5 treatments in the big bottle and one in the small one

i had a bottle of the GM cleaner and it seemed to dent my mpg off that tank, is that normal?

Shouldn't.... but I haven't used the GM stuff in years. They have a whole new formula now.

The Lucas stuff works well man...I have never noticed an increase/decrease in MPG though.
