Bilstein Install

When installing the 5100's how do you hold the shaft to keep it from spinning to tighten down the lock nut? I noticed the top of the shaft has two flat sides that would barely be big enough for a small crescent wrench and it is awfully small. Don't want to bend it or something trying to tighten down that lock nut. I had Ranchos before and they had a nut on top of the shock to hold when tightening down.

Anyone have a suggestion on how they did it?

I used a wrench that fit the two flat sides on the top of the shock tightly and tighted the nut down. It does look small, but it will work.

A 1/4 inch wrench is the size you need. You will have to use the open end. A box end wont fit.
