2007 Silverado Lt Tire Size

I have a stock (new design) 07 Silverado LT Crew 4X4. Currently 265 70R17. Can I go to 285 70R17 without any issues?

hi, did u ever try 285 on your truck? i was wondering the samething.can't seem to find the answer.

I had 285/65/18s on my truck this summer but I also have a 2" rough country level kit in front. I would get the occassional rub from the front right when I back up at full lock. So at the very least you will need to lift your front end a little bit. It will also change your gas mileage and speedometer by 1-2mph, but thats not a big deal.
