Gmc Grille On Silverado?

I have an 07 nnbs and can't find if there are any aftermarket grilles that look like the Sierra grille that are basically a bolt on to Chevy.

Anybody know of anything?

It doesn't look like you'd be able to do that. Maybe you would have to replace/modify body panels. That'd be cool to see though.

Replacing stock parts won't work. The hood, headlights, bumper and fenders are all different around the grill.

Well, I was kind of hoping somebody made a grille without the center bar in it. Looking at the pics on the aftermarket sites is tough because when you filter it down to your truck it still has a pic of whatever truck they had in the first place.

I'm not going to go through a whole lot to change the look but if there was something on the market, I might look into it.

I haven't seen anything that removes the center bar... just the usual billet and speed grille inserts.

56Kz2slow is correct. The fitment and contours of the Chevy and GMC front ends might look similar but they are very different and not interchangeable.

 

It might help if you told us what look you're trying to achieve. Are you trying to duplicate the GMC grille emblem and all or would you be happy with just getting rid of that big ugly chromed bar and bowtie?

^^I think this one the most. what I would do is get a bowtie off the tailgate, paint it, and 3M it and put it on the center of this grill. THAT would be different ;)

and also keep in mind, for the price that you are paying for the first two grills, you could get it painted to match your truck, or paint parts/sections of the grill. like paint the surround and leave the center chrome or whatever!

Its way too pricey. I can justify $400-$600 but it IS BILLET. not the cheap ABS stuff.
