Transmission Cold

Hi, I have 04 2500HD 6.0 gas and it has been flooded with water up to the bottom of the steering column. I put allot of money in it and has been fine. Except the transmission shifts hard (like shift kit when cold) It didn't do it this summer. Now that its cold if I start it and run for ten minutes then shut it off and restart its fine.but if i don't it takes along time to go away. It has been flushed out 3 times and fluid is clear now. It also is a dog. if you mash throttle down you have to let off a little and do it again it will then shift and have some power. Any help would be great! Thanks Josh

Well as seen on this forum the 6.0L is known to be lazy. The transmission might have a servo sticking in it or a valve. Just my opinion. Someone will chime in soon I am sure.
