Transmission Slippage

The tranny in my 08 Sierra seems to be slipping and hesitating when switching gears. I checked the fluid and it was a little low and I added some but it still doesnt seem right. Has there been any problems with 08's and transmissions? I have 24 inch wheels on my truck as well and was wondering if that had anything to do with it. The overall diameter of the tires is the same as stock ones. Thank you

If your trans is truly slipping it will throw a code.
