Why Don't Black People Tip?

Now, before you say, "well I'm black and I always tip", let me tell you I am not making a generalization about any given race. I know there are people in every race and religion that do not tip. Over the last month, I have taken the average tip I have recieved from blacks. The average overall for all races was 23.5% and for blacks 3.4%. I am a bartender and I have to give the bouncers 3% of my sales, so when I do not get a tip, I actually loose money by making drinks and cleaning up after you.

 

So please tell me. Why do blacks not tip? Even the black employees where I work HATE to serve black people because they know that most likely they will get shafted. I am not a racist, I took data and facts and I cannot seem to figure this problem out. PS, whenever someone of any race does not tip me, I make their next drink very weak, so if you do not tip, you are only hurting yourself.
