the wipers in my 2003 1500 siverado lt are jumping across the windshield on the delay speeds. on high its fine. i tried new blades and that does not work. they may work fine for 20 min or so but then its hell. i don't know what the wipers consist of. if its just a motor and a switch im will to do anything, any ideas of how to test it? or should i just start replacing things. if so...what to replace?
