It's not exactly the same. The muffler is the same, but the placement of the rear resonator is different and the tail pipe exiting out the rear is longer.

Sounds very similar.. although all the L92 (new for '10 it's L94 I believe) sound the same stock though. they did a good job on the tuning of the exhaust..

So the 2010 L94 engine has AFM, and the 2009 L92 does NOT.

 

Yes the exhaust sounds incredible on both vehicles, I think it may be better on the SUV
