I have a 2010 GMC Sierra Nevada Edition. I have a leveling kit 2 1/2" with an add a leaf in the rear. I know i can swing 285/70/17, but the tire that my tire shop recommends is the Toyo open country M/T but the only sizes i can get is either 265/70/17 or 295/70/17. I'm leaning towards the 295 if they will fit anyone have this size tire on their GMT900??? and if so how much cutting did you have to do? If i can not fit these i will go with the 285 BFG M/T KM2.

well 295/70 is 33.25/11.6 as the 285/70 is 32.7/11.2 thats only a half in up and wide. I would say that B.S. depending you should be fine. I would say the Toyo is a better Mud Terrain to run on the road and i have heard the Newer BFG's get better mileage than they use to. I would see if the shop would mount a toyo 295 on your rim and just try it. Will prolly not cost that much.... i usually have to give em like 10 bucks to try stuff in my area.

Three inch body lift body lift should let you fit 33's but a 12.50 might push the limits. You will definatley have to adjust the B.S of your wheels, to what tho i have no idea...
