Ubd2 Scaner

hay all this scaner won't "power on" in my truck, but it dose in my buddy's rig. I checked the cigerette liter and it works. Any other fuses I should look at? Or is my OBD2 port dead?

Check all the cigarette lighter fuses, there are 2 fuses at a minimum.

In your OBD2 connector check for ground @pins 4& 5, and 12 v battery @ pin 16.
