Power Opening Rear Glass...

Hello All,

I'm looking to swap out the heated rear glass on my 01 Sierra pickup for one that opens.

In my research, I've discovered that there is a power opening rear glass available for the 99-06 body style.

Was a power opening rear glass available as an option on 99-06 NBS? (I know it is available on the 07+up models.)

If it was available or if anyone has one installed on their truck.

Can you tell me how you wired it?

Where did you place the switch to operate it?

If I can see some pics of it or a manual one can you share them with me?

I want to make sure that my new glass appears factory correct.

I'm considering the power glass just for the added security. (not as easy to break in to it)

Any info on this subject is greatly appreciated.
