2010 Silverado Toe Pannel Power Relay Harness

Bought a rear view camera for my 2010 silverado hybrid 1HY, one of the wires needs to plug into a harness in the power relay toe pannel with an existing plug, I have been told this is a dead wire(not being used). I am skeptical though. Its the upper most left harness(lite grey/white) its the upper most second from the left hand top plug and currently has an existing blue wire in it. This is the wire I was told I can just disconnect. This wire should give power when the car is in reverse. My truck does not have a navigation system. I have attached a pix of the wire, its the BLUE one.

 

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. I do not want to cut any factory wires, and I definetly do not want to unplug a wire in use.
