Power Door Locks Started Working Again Randomly!

Well, a week and a half ago I posted a topic about none of my power door locks working. They didn't work for a couple weeks, but now they randomly just started to work again! My keyless entry works and everything! The only thing I am wondering is WHY?? I was about to have it looked at and pay some money to get it fixed, but since it fixed itself I don't have to spend anything. Why can't all car problems be this easy?? Anyway, does anyone have a clue why they just stopped working for weeks and then decided to work again? Very weird, but theyv'e been working fine for a few days and I did no modifications or anything before they went out and then came back on again...
