Leaking Cms Tool Boxes?

I recently was looking into purchasing the small sliding tool boxes that are used with the GM Cargo Management System. I was informed that these tool boxes leak pretty bad at the rivets. I was just looking to see if any other users may have had any experiences with these tool boxes and wouldn't mind replying to this post.

 

Also, if the small tool boxes do leak, is the large tool box a better value and worth the higher cost?

Large box works perfectly with no leaks. If you are looking for an in the bed style tool box, then yes, this is pretty much the best box you can buy for a crew cab. If you have an ext. cab, you can find a comparable in the bed box for half the price.
