I have the 70 series on my GMC and both my mother in law and grand mother like it saying its not very loud but sounds aggresive.

I've been really happy with the 70's.  A word to the wise, though.  Send the tips out the side. Straight back creates a LOT of resonation in the cab.  I found out the HARD way.

I voted for the 40 series, pretty soon (if not already) you will only be able to get the delta-flow version from flowmaster.

After thinking about it, with a Tahoe/Yukon, the 70 will probably be your best bet. You will get more in-cab resonance with an SUV than you will with a pickup.

I love the flowmaster sound, sometimes it is better than listening to the stereo  ;)

I would lean toward keeping the sound level low myself.  I would try to change the tone and maybe slightly louder, but not much.

WAIT, JUST HOW SOON WILL THE YOU HAVE TO GET 40 DELTA FLOWS?!  I might have to move fast!  (keep in mind, the MAIN concern for this exhaust system is for a good look and awesome sound.  I dont want to sacrifice either).

Whatever you do PLZ get 3in exhaust.  2' and 2 1/2 are just too small looking.  I haven't been under any new tahoes, but less you do burnouts all the time (bad habit i have) I'd bring the pipes out infront of the back tires for something different.  Big tips too.  3in is a must though.  (40's resonate in my cab, but no worse than it bounces down the road, no exactly smooth riding like new vehicles)

2k2TahoeSS,

I voted for no flowmaster. I have never had good experience with them. I would recommend magnaflow or borla. They flow great, sound great and have an awesome warranty. No matter what you do, be sure to post pictures when it is done. Good luck.

Rob, this thread is almost six years old. Someone just voted on the poll and brought it back to the top.

:rollin: No wonder there was no 50 series or super 44 listed.

The only chokemaster worth buying is the Super 44 though. I would vote Magnaflow for the Tahoe.
