Can't Get Into 4-low

I'm having trouble getting my 2005 Silverado into 4 Low. I have push button 4wheel drive and have no problems getting into auto or 4 high. When I push 4-Low the light just flashes and it stays in 2 wheel. Any thoughts?

yes i do ,you can try shifting while rolling very slow in neutral,if that does not work,you have a concern either electrical (diag trouble code,DTC) or mechanical,if that is the case ,the t-case HAS to come out and apart for a wee looksee.

On that same note...you are putting the trans in NEUTRAL before you try and engage 4LO right?
