Intake Knock

Cleaned the EGR and changed the PCV on my 2000 1500 with the 5.3 and now I got a problem. The cleaning woke the engine up, but now I have a strange knock in the intake when the engine warms up to temp. It is not there when cold and only sounds when the motor gets warm. It almost sound like a shuffle.

There is oil pressure and fuel pressure, gauges are not zero and the engine accelerates in gear without problems.

I have tried to trace the sound with the old screwdriver and am only able to trace it to the intake. I hear it in the throttlebody and the manifold at the same rate. It does not seem to get much faster with engine speed, only can't hear it as well.

 

Any ideas? Help. The engine does seem to run warm, about 200 degrees.
