Can The Drl Relay Trigger The Fogs Instead

Is it possible to have the output of the DRL circuit trigger the fog lights instead of the DRLs?

There is a way to disable DRL for for good with all these trucks. Its very simple I did it with my last truck (colorado) and will try it very shortly with my current one. Just pull the DRL fuses and put a resistor in the back of the ambiant light sensor. What it does it fools the sensor into thinking it's always daytime and never turns on your lowbeams (DRL's) ever. I've been doing it this way to conserve my HID bulbs. Works wonders.

There's no need to do anything to the light sensor... just pulling the fuses is all it takes if you want to just disable the DRLs completely.

Oops! typo on my part! I meant to also deactivate the auto headlamps. I have HID's in my truck and want to control the lights manually so my HID bulbs dont burn out early. If it's dark out, when the key goes in the "ON" positions the lights come on briefly then go off again when I come to start the truck then back on when the truck is running. This is shitty for the bulbs and that's my way around it!

That's what I really wanted to do but I thought it would turn on all of the parking lamps not just the front turn signals.

I'm pretty sure it could.... I've got mine wired to run the parking lamps (front turn signals).

Nope! You just have to do a little creative re-wiring under the underhood fuse block. The instructions I used to do it are in this post:
