Major Cluster Dash Electrical Issues

hello all i have a 03 sierra 1500 2wd this problem started over a 3years ago the unit has been to the dealer ov 15 times and currently i am sueing gm for lemon.but meanwhile i still have to drive vehicle and it drives me nuts.first while driving a bell will go of and my abs/brake likes come on stop vehicle restart and they go away for days ,weeks or 20 times a day.dealer replaced ecbm 6 time and did ground updates.Second problem is whil driving cluster warning lights all come on gauges drop to zero except for speedo and tach and the radio goes half volume i have tore the truck apart and checked all grounds.Dealer has replaced cluster,all ecms,ignition switch, when it acts up truck runs fine any help would be greatly appricated also have video if anyone wants to see

Why is it wrong to look for help while in legal proceedings gs will take over a year and I still have to drive my truck everyday with the thought of it breaking down.I am not looking for something free I just want my truck fixed and apparently. 3 different dealers can not find the problem.ilove my truck

i was just thinkin that you could somehow call them as a witness or something ,

 

it sounds like there are some major gremlins goin on .

 

what did the regional or district service manager tell ya?

Does it still have a stock stereo??

 

If so, remove it and see if you still have issues.

 

EDIT:

Guess I should share my thoughts on this....Your Radio is connected to your cluster for the warning chime function...when the chimes go off your radio drops volume and the gauges die...sounds like a short in that part of the radio to me. There's a MUX (multiplexer) in there that mixes the signals together, so you get sound of the stereo out as well as the warning chime...it sounds like a solid state component is staying latched and not allowing the radio volume to come back and drawing current from the gauges.

what modules were replaced exactly?

 

our 03 chevy army trucks that were butchered for lighting has the same sort of thing happening with the cluster and or ABS takes a shit and I found out that a low voltage concern from a bad batt caused it ,of course I was never here......and i too am a employee of the army only a civvy this time and they will not let me leave to go anywhere!!!!

yep bought new in 03 got extended waranty first 3 years barely drove this unit i work alot I am a heavy equipment mechanic in mining i have a company servic truck so barley drove my truck for first four years my gmc only has 48,000 original miles and now it is out of extended warranty by time limit. and i am not asking anyone to testify or be a witness so dont worry about that I just want to try to figure it out since dealers are just part changers.this weekend i tore the whole inside out and resurfaced all cab and chassis grounds

I'm telling you...pull your radio out....keep it out.
