Switching From 3.73s To 4.56s

I am doing a gear change with my graduation money. I am not sure how big of a change to expect from upgrading for 3.73s to 4.56s. When I change my gears, do I need to change to fluid a certain amount of miles after the gear change(after their broken in)?

 

This is what I am planing on ordering from Randy's Ring & Pinion. Does this have everything I need?
