Body Mount Bolt Diameter?

Anyone know what the diameter of the body mount bolts on a 2010 Sierra 1500 Crew Cab would be? I've got my Raptor bars on and they are rubbing on the front mounts, causing a creaking sound. I've read the posts regarding using washers to shim the bracket away from the mount. I'm planning on getting a few washers tonight while at work and putting them on tomorrow to see if that helps any. I'm needing to know the diameter so I can get the right size washers. I know the bolt heads are ~13/16" but can't remember the bolt diameter.

I got 1/2" galvanized washers which worked perfect for mine.

I was thinking they were around 1/2" or so. The only 1/2" washers we have here at work are SS and are very thin, so I got some 5/8" heavy washers. Hopefully, they'll work. Thanks
