Your lows should already come on with your highs giving you quad highs. Well at least my 09 does, not sure if the 07's are the same.

As for the fogs they go off when you put your highs on, and you would need to have a relay of some sort put in so as to trick the truck into not turning the fogs off when you have your highs on. I am just not sure where or how it would be done though.

jc whitney and lmctruck.com have the relay kits that keep the low beams on when you flick on the high beams. haven't seen one for keeping the fogs on as well. there are a couple guides on here written by other members on how to do the trucks/avalanches yourself from the fuse box

They must have changed it for the new '08/'09 models b/c every truck we've owned the low beams have always gone off when the high beams were hit.

Is your truck a GMT-800 (Classic) or a GMT-900 (the newest body style)? GM switched over that year so both could be had. The GMT-900's the low's come on with the high's, so i am thinking you have a GMT-800. I got a Mr. Taillight wiring harness for about $20 to do this, very easy to do. But you could make your own, or like he said buy a relay and make it work.

according to the law here, you can have 4 lights on at the same time on the front of the vehicle, so either both fogs and both low beams or the highs and the fogs..not sure what laws are in other states but its mostly a safety thing so people aren't blinded...even baja lights have to be covered while on the road..

Here you go. Read this topic and it should give you some extra information. I just tried the website though and it does not load. So if your interested in these kits i would try ebay or fab it up yourself. For the price i just thought it was easier to order it as i really didn't have the time. Goodluck.
