Pinstripes

I'm looking to add something to my black granite truck, something that kinda sets it off, just that plain black canvas is dull. I'm thinking of a nice pinstripe, but can't decide on the color or definate placement. Anybody have such a stripe?

You want to set it off, then buy a nice wheel tire package.

I vote no as well. There are numerous accessories out there that will add to the appearance of your truck while helping to break up all that black. Maybe some nice chrome accents such as door handles or tow hooks, just not pin striping.

yeah chrome like an autozone flame gas flap cover i like pinstripes to a degree as long as they aren't overkilled

Geez, I think a very thin silver or red stripe would look great. To each, his own. I have a grey Sierra with a red stripe, and lot of people comment what a great look it is..... But htere isn't a panel on your Chevy like those on a GMC, so the spacing is different, and so is the look.

I recently saw a '08 that had a thin blue and red stripe going down the sides and across the tailgate, you actually couldn't see it until you were close. Looked tits on the black truck!

I've got a charcoal gray metallic truck with a small red and gray pinstripe that matches the Z71 logo. Looks pretty nice ;)

Most any color will look great. I would suggest having a good pinhead actually paint it on. No cheesy tape.

check out my truck, red pin stripes on silver birch. I think a dull silver would look good on your color.
