Abs Nerf Bars- Installed W/ Pics

I finally had time to load the pictures from the camera, so here are some pictures and some early feedback on the ABS Nerf Bars I ordered.

They showed up this past Monday, and I was able to install them Monday evening. They seem very sturdy, though I am not a heavyweight by any means. Install was straight forward. One small "mistake" I made was the bars can be adjusted front/rear as much as you would like (the mounting "rail" is the Aluminum channel that allows full adjustment), and after setting the pass. side as I wanted it, I forgot to adjust the drivers side to match! (was getting late) So I readjusted it Tuesday, while anyone else probably would have never noticed, I knew it!

I know the picture of them mounted is not the best, but the truck was dirty at the time, and I was tired from a long day!

As time progresses, I will update my feedback. I think they are well worth the price for $290.00 shipped at this time! If I hadn't been so impatient to get them mounted, I would have sprayed the steel brackets with undercoating to help protect them though. This is something I plan on doing later, either mounted, or I will remove them to spray the brackets.

I ordered the nerf bars direct from Xtremeautosport.net because I was told that ordering direct (not through ebay) they would ship a little quicker. I ordered first thing in the morning on June 7th, was told they should ship by Wed(9th), and I would have them Mon(14th) or Tues(15th). Tried calling late on Wed(16th), no answer as they hadn't showed up yet. I talked to someone on Thur(17th), and was informed they were shipping that day due to a "backlog" because of a fire (or something) at the "Factory" (I think he meant warehouse). I just wish an email had been sent explaining the situation. Due to no email I give a "Neutral" rating.

I was going to try to get a picture before we left to drive "Up North" (from Lower Mi to Nrothern Mi), but didn't get the chance while trying to remember everything (which didn't happen!).

Once the truck is clean again I will post some pictures in the garage. I will also post a couple here in this thread, or at least a link to the garage.
