Ac Issue

The battery in my 2003 chevy tahoe was old. I drained it at the drive in. After that I started having issues with the driver side AC. It only blows hot air out the drivers side. The passenger side is cold as well as the rear ac unit. I thought I was the air blend actuator. But it was switches to all of the desired areas ie vent, floor, defrost. I have removed the actuator and worked the unit by hand and it still blew hot air.

I believe it is the HVAC control module. Where is that located and can it be reprogramed by a dealership?
