My brother-in-law just bought a car in Las Vegas. Anyone have any idea on what it would cost to ship a car from Vegas to Cleveland?

Also,

Is there anyone you would recommend using?

i'd say about the same as traveling there then driving it back...really your paying for the same thing, a random guy's fuel to drive down there and drive back with a small amount applied to profit gained....where as you could take a bus there, and drive the truck back saving a small amount of cash and seeing the country....main difference between the two, the guys hauling the vehicle back isen't going to excercise the same amount of care as the person that just bought it :)

Many times it's not a "random guy" driving down and back to transport a vehicle. There are shippers moving cars all over the country at all times. I bought a car 900 miles from me recently. Got it delivered to my driveway for $100. The cars are loaded onto trailers with others going in the same direction. If you can wait and find a shipping company that has a truck going your direction they can throw it on their truck for much less than you could drive down and back. Especially when you figure what your time is worth along with fuel expense. The people that I purchased the vehicle from supplied me with a list of transport companies.
