Speedometer Adjustment

I have an 05 GMC Sierra crew cab. I recently put on 285/70/17 yokohama geolanders and a leveling kit and my speedometer is off by around 3 mph when I am at freeway speeds. It is accurate up to 35 mph but beyond that it is a bit off. How do I go about adjusting this or where do I need to go to do so? Thanks for your help.

A Black Bear tune can do that.... Or some aftermarket tuners can do it...... I suggest Black Bear...
