Softening Up The Ride On Burban

I have asked this question on other forums but no one has been able to help me. I have a 1995 3/4 ton suburban that rides really roughly. I bought bilstein shocks and it actually feels worse now. I bought a house at the end of a very rough road and I need to soften up the ride, I really want to keep the burban but if the ride does not get better it has to go, any ideas on how to make it ride better?

Put 300-500 lbs in the back end..... It will make it ride more like a Cadillac..

+1. Or you could take leaf or two out. But then, what would be the point of having a 3/4 ton vehicle? If you're not hauling or pulling heavy stuff, get a 1/2 ton 'burb with Autoride suspension. You'll love the ride.

I'm not sure on the PSI I will have to check it out, howmany leaves can I take out? There are 6 on there now.I don't use the trusk for any hard work just moving very light equipment around inside it.
