Switching To An Ls Engine?

Does anyone know how "plug and play" switching from the 5.3 Vortec to an LS3 would be? I assume the mounts are the same, and the bolt pattern for the transmission are the same. I'd need a new harness and computer, but other than that is it pretty much a direct swap? Or is the battery location swapped and other things of that nature?

All the sensors and wires from the 5.3 should hookup directly to the ls3, depending on what year both engines are. You make have to get a tune and/or computer though. Or it maybe just easier to swap the whole harness. Everything else, as far as physical fitment, should be just perfect.
