Bose Amp Electrical Cluster. Can I Splice It?

I just pulled out my console with bose, and replaced it with the center seat. I was able to wedge the large amp under the new center seat, but it was attached to a bunch of wireing connections. Now that I am fixing up the dash and would like the power/cigerette lighter to be powered, I have got to figure out a way to seperate the power from the amp cluster. The wireing runs down under the steering wheel and goes under the carpet to the seat. Can I find the cigerette lighter wires by color and just cut and splice so I don't have to remove the seats again?

I think it is orange, In all honesty, I would just run a whole new wire under the carpet. It is just safer and maybe easier than splicing.
