Changin Interier Lighting. Gmt-900

hey just wondering if anyone on here has changed there interier lighting from the green to any other colors of choice on there GMT-900 mine is a 2009 sierra SLT...also wondering what is able to be changed and what is not. if i am going to do this (which i would really like to) i want it to be a full job. cluster,door panels, sunroof buttong, climate control panel, back door windows and locks etc etc. im almost sure you cant chance the P N R D M, odometer, and radio/time portion of it. please correct me if im wrong? seems to me like it would be alot of bulbs/work to get everyting in the truck changed.

Yeah, it can be done, but it will take time and many bulbs will have to be soldered and resoldered and you will also have to buy some special size bulbs. Or you might can change the color of the actual translucent sheeting, but I wouldn't do it. But, good luck!

Gauges wouldnt be too difficult, but everything else seems like a LOT of work for very little outcome.

^^^ yeah thats what im thinking but...if its going to be done it would have to all be done imo or else it would just look cheezy and out of place. im not talking underglow by the peddles and what not i like a nice clean looking job. so i guess its not really worth it..to bad seemed like a good idea at the time lol.
