Fog Lamp Wiring, How to?

Hi all,

 

Just curious if anyone cant help guide me with the wiring of my fog lamps. I already have the box to have them come on when the key is cycled. Now I am looking to have them stay on with the high beams. From what I can tell the PCM removed the ground from the ciruit via the orange when the high beams are activated. What I want to know is can I clip and ground that wire to have the fog lamps stay on? Any advice would be appreciated as I dont wanna smoke anything.
