Very Minor Creaking After Rc Level Kit.

sounds like it is coming from the side i had an easy time with. meaning all i did was remove the sway bar link and shock bolts. so the only thing i can assume is i tightened the sway bar links too much? can that create a very low speed creak sound? it only happens on uneven (pulling into or out of a driveway) or if i am riding the brakes at a stop sign (edging up to see)....

tightening made it worse and now when i loosened it it is still sounding bad. any other suggestions? i NEED the clearance for the plow otherwise this crap would be off my truck already... i don't like noises.

WD40 is bad for the bushings.

Get some silicone spray lube and spray it on all of the bushings and joints and jounce the vehicle to work it all in.

I actually do this during every oil change... keeps all of the bushings and boots fresh.

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, and I hope that I am wrong, but if you zoom way in on the lower ball joint, it looks like you have a crack in the lower a arm at the ball joint. Almost looks there is/has been a bind there that may have stressed the a arm. Look it over and see if you see what I do, or not.
