Transmission Pan Bolts

I just installed new filter (WOW I never want to have to do that again). My torque wrench doesn't go below 20 ft/lbs, so I hand tightened all the bolts and then did 1/2 turn with the wrench on each one. Do you all think that is enough to be 8 ft/lbs? I don't want to be under torqued and start getting leaks.

Probably what you could do with a 1/4" drive ratchet suffice.

An inch pound torque wrench can be had for under $30. Pick one up and know for sure. Otherwise, if it ain't leaking, go with it!
