2010 Denali With A Ls9?

Hello, New here. I just picked up a New 2010 Denali 1500 AWD Crew. I am planning on running out the factory warranty. But after, I want to replace the 6.2L with a LS9. Will the 6 speed trans hold up to it? Will I need to beef up the rest of the drivetrain? What tunning will be needed, etc, etc?

With what I do, I put on 45,000km a year at a min. So I would have enough time to get the engine and other required parts and start the planning a little sooner I would think. Nothing other then to install, tune & get it running properly. I have seen the GM specifications papers AKA Parts # 19242951. If it turns out I might keep the truck for the long run. If so then make some other modifications. IE Duel exhaust, ect, ect.
