Hello Guys/Gals,

 

Hope everyone enjoyed their summer. I love Chevy and I own a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab w/ the Z71 package and 4x4. I have a Truxedo Tonnoau Cover and a RECON Xtreme Tailgate Light Bar (having some issues with it) added to my truck. I am an EMT and have been for over 13 years now. I actually got the nickname "Ricky Bobby" when I started my job at UNC Health Care's Carolina Air Care. The guys/gals had remembered watching or knowing about Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. So needless to say, I got the nickname not even 30 seconds of walking into the place and being introduced as "Ricky". So "Ricky Bobby" came out natural for everyone. Hey, I've been called worse, LOL!

Yep, I work at "The Hill" as we like to call it. Started there in '07. We have a nice view of everything from the 8th floor Neurosciences Bldg. at the hospital out on the heli-pads. We can see the top of The Dean Dome and a little bit inside of Kenan Stadium, since it's just behind the hospital. So if you're in the area and you want to come up, come on. There's a phone outside in the lobby that will connect you to Flightwatch and they will get someone to let you in. I'll be honest, behind the scenes, everyone is like, "Geees, another dang tour, somebody wants to see the helicopter"! LOL! We have 2 actually. Tarheel One in Chapel Hill and Tarheel 2 in Fayetteville at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
