2005 6.0 Exhaust Vibration

Looking for some ideas on my 05 2500HD 6.0. I have what I believe to be an exhaust vibration. Truck is usually fine cold, issues increase as it warms up. I can get a constant "buzz" at any speeds over 65 mph. It will also make the noise under mild acceleration. The noise instantly quits when you let off the throttle.

I've been very frustrated with the dealer. I've had a tough time duplicating it when in with them, just a little noise occured. But they sure haven't even tried to help me. I've done some research this AM and have come up with a few TSB's and such (which they said did not exist). They are the following-

020605003C

020605005C

10010041

and PIP 3156A

I've read enough of to see it has happened to others, but no "big" solution has been found. Some exhaust weights, etc. seem to have worked. The PIP I listed has to do with the transfer case, symptoms sound similar but I really believe my issue is exhaust and heat related because of how it acts when cold versus warm.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. This last long trip I took I was so frustrated. If I would have had a sawzall I think I would have cut off the entire exhaust. Thanks!

My exhaust started rattling and upon close inspection i found that one of the clamps lost a bolt right under the center console on the drivers side pipe, i put a new one in and tightened it up but it still rattled so i welded it on, there was an exhaust leak so i knew there was a prob somewhere, dont know if this is your problem but i would check it out

I had a rattle on my exhaust and it turned out it was the heat shield on the muffler. One of the welds broke on it so I just ripped the heat shield off and problem solved
